TWS’ Policies
Payment
The TWS online
store accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Customers are also welcome to place their
order by mail or phone.
Orders
placed by phone may be placed during regular business hours.
Orders placed
by mail must send a money order or check and order specifications to the
following mailing address.

Inventory
The
inventory status of all products will be shown. If the product is available, it
will be shown as “In Stock” and will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday).
If a
product is not available, it will be shown as “Back-Ordered”. If a product is back-ordered, we will provide
you an approximate time frame of when the product will be shipped. If a
customer wishes to proceed with the purchase of a “Back-Ordered” product, the
customer will be billed when the order is placed and the inventory will be
reserved. The order will ship based on the approximate time frame stated under
the “Back-Order” status.

are subject to change without notice.
Shipping & Handling
Retail
orders will be shipped at a flat rate of $7.99 via USPS Priority Mail.
Order
tracking (Delivery Confirmation Number) will be emailed to the customer within
24 hours of shipment. We do not require a signature upon delivery.
If your
order cannot be shipped within the time frame specified, we will notify you as
soon as possible.
Taxes
Orders that
originate from Texas & shipped to a Texas address will be billed Texas state
sales tax at the local rate of 8.25%.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be
canceled any time prior to shipment. The
cancelation may be done by phone or emailed to Support@texaseaponsystems.com
and include the name the order was placed under and the order number at
the top of the receipt. The order will
be canceled and the payment refunded.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Warranty
TWS offers
a limited lifetime warranty which covers materials and workmanship. This
warranty does not apply to any product that has been modified, altered or
damaged. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear; finish, or cosmetic
damage.
If you have
a warranty or repair issue with one of our products, you may return the item
for inspection. TWS will repair or
replace the item at it’s sole discretion and return to the customer shipping
prepaid.
Returns
All returns
must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and form.
Contact us by
phone or email at Support@texasweaponsystems.com to receive a RMA number and form that
must be sent in with the returned item.
All items shipped to TWS for inspection must be properly packaged to
prevent damage in transit. We recommend
the shipment have a tracking option. TWS
is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Customers may
return undamaged product purchased directly from TWS, for a refund of the original
purchase price minus the cost of the shipping. The return must be accompanied
by an RMA number and form. A 15% restocking fee applies to all refunded
purchases.
Products
purchased through a TWS dealer/distributor must be returned for refund to the
place of purchase.
Export Restrictions
TWS does
not export foreign retail orders. Foreign government/military sales will be
shipped according to all applicable United States export law. Any diversion
contrary to United States law is prohibited.
Privacy Policy
TWS does
not share customer information. We do
not sell, trade or share any of our customer’s contact or purchasing
information.
